"Got Healthy Knees"
Looking to improve and prevent knee injuries. So far I found out that a knee injury recovery is possible with proper knee, leg exercises. These type of exercises one can do eventually on their own, however the knee, leg exercises need to be guided by a person that knows the correct type of recovery exercises such as a PTD ( Physical Therapists Doctor ) or Nurse trained in the field of such recovery of injuries. Then they will guide you to do the exercises yourself.
If the knee continues to "slip" or you know somethings is still wrong, a surgery with a Doctors recommendation may be needed to help complete the correct recovery. Then with the exercises, knee braces will follow when the surgery heals.
